Uploading Errors
Posted by MVT VP on 13 May 2011 03:49 AM

We will list on this page the common errors that can appear when you upload a movie. You will be able to view the errors on File Conversion Errors from your admin panel.

Please check the list of the errors that can appear:

1.  If you have uploaded a file that has the size 0, you will have to upload another file and make sure that the size is not 0.

2.  If you have uploaded a file that its size is too small to be encoded, you will have to upload another file that has the size bigger than 1024 Kbs

3. When you upload a movie that was encoded with a wrong codec or the movie format is not compatible with MyVideoEncoder ( check here to see the compatibility list ), you will have to upload another movie that is compatible with MyVideoEncoder.

4. When the MyVideoEncoder server is updating, the team will let you know when your file will be encoded.
